I really enjoyed my experience at the Spa with my day pass. The staff members here are very friendly and welcoming and explained the experience from beginning to ending. Imy favorite amenity was the sauna, it wasn’t something that literally took my breath away like the steam room. I will say the steam room didn’t have the “eucalyptus scent” that’s mentioned online but it was VERY steamy which did the job I needed it to. The place has everything you need like shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, razors, body wash, hair ties, etc. All you have to do is just bring yourself and a swimsuit.

Danny the men’s locker room attendant deserves a Raise! He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond throughout my day there to make sure I was fully satisfied with my spa experience.
The Ritz Dallas selling features are their recovery amenities (steam sauna whirlpool and cold plunge) the hot cold contrast was great and everything worked extremely well. So many times I go to a facility and something is broken or out of order but not here. The Only knock is that the recovery amenities were in the locker rooms and not a shared coed space... read full review

We live north of Dallas so it’s a bit of a hike but the Ritz spa is my absolute favorite splurge and well worth the drive! The last two years we have stayed at the hotel NYE night and then I go to the spa the next day. The amenities are great-definitely allow yourself time for the jacuzzi or the sauna before your treatment. I had a wonderful diamond botanical scrub followed by a wonderful moisturizing massage by Laurie. Left feeling wonderfully relaxed and will definitely be back soon!
