I love this place. From the moment I walked in, the staff was calm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The space itself is aesthetically minimal and peaceful, which adds to the overall reset experience. Service felt thoughtful and centered on genuine care and comfort.
I had a massage today with Bertha, and it was incredible! This was my first time at The NOW, and I’m so happy I decided to get the membership. Bertha was fantastic—professional, attentive, and so skilled. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be requesting Bertha again because she was that good!
Ebony is magical, she encouraged focus on relaxation and was gentle and peaceful. Ebony knew how to find the knots and kindly banish them. Thank you, Ebony! The vibes were excellent and the aesthetic was immaculate. Oh, and props to Olivia, awesome customer service and it was great to meet a fellow D&D nerd!
