This review is about the maintenance man Dickinson! He is the most helpful person on this property. Very professional, timely, he knows what he is doing and you can tell he really cares about his job. I am particular about the condition of my living and having Dickinson on property is one of the main reasons why I chose to renew my lease along with Ty and the front desk Jamacain lady. We are very happy with the maintenance man Dickinson, especially when my whole closet fell and he came right up after seeing my work order and put the whole thing back up. I really appreciate the staff in this building.
I’ve been living at the Merc for almost 2 years now and I must say that for the most part it has been wonderful. The building is in the heart of the city and the staff are very friendly. My main complaint has been the pool. It has not been maintained properly, and it’s been dirty lately. I give high praise to the maintenance worker’s especially Augustine and Dickenson. They have been wonderful on things we have needed done. All in all I would say The Merc is a great place to live in downtown.
