I have seen Dr. Kingsley three or four times now and I can honestly say he’s the best doctor I’ve had in decades! He educates me about things I might be unclear about, he listens completely, and every visit just feels like a head to toe, holistic look at my health. He’s encouraging, he takes his time, and he shares details about my care plan rather than treating me like a know-nothing rube. I don’t even care that it’s telemedicine. It’s still the best care I’ve had in at least three decades. Thank you Dr. Kingsley and staff!

My meds were not given to me because yall put on there do not give till the tenth.Iam not OK with that Doctor Kingsley Friday said nothing about that. My last pain meds lasted 21 days just like always. I should have been able to get mine 7th Iam in pain. That little bit keeps me stable snuff to function. I live with sever nerve pain And now mouth

Even virtually, the experience is seamless and professional. The scheduling process is easy, the staff is always courteous, and I’m usually seen right on time with little to no wait.
Dr. Kingsley is attentive, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen during each appointment. He never rushes through our visits and always makes sure I feel heard and understood. His thoughtful approach and clear communication have made me feel supported and confident in the care I’m receiving.
Even though our appointments are virtual, I feel like I’m getting the same level of attention and care as I would in person. I trust Dr. Kingsley completely and truly appreciate the convenience and quality of care he provides.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was wondering if I was about to review the correct "Kingsley Clinic" because I have NEVER had that bad of an experience with any appointment. I have had some delays in appointments, but that is everywhere. The issues with adderall shortages have NOTHING to do with this clinic, so that is not fair to the clinic. That is the fault of the government and all of their control! lol Sorry, I will save that for my Yelp review of the "US Government." Dr. Kingsley and all the PA's have always been professional and helpful. I have been under their care for about 2 years now, and will continue to see Dr. Kingsley as long as I possibly can. Being able to see him quickly on such a short notice is so convenient, especially during the workday when you work for a company that frowns on you even taking a couple of hours for a doctor's appointment. For the reviews that say that the clinic is UNRESPONSIVE and they feel scammed, that has NEVER happened to me. In fact, they text immediately if I happen to call and hang up due to them not being able to answer. They also call, text, and email prior to the appointment, all the way through post appointment in case there are any questions I may have. I am just thankful that I have a responsive clinic when it comes to my care and having meds filled. Some of you may need an up in your dosage of meds so that you chill a little and remember that these people are also human. lol Things come up! You are not the only one needing care.
