Hands down the best experience of my life. My husband and I originally booked a terrace suite for our 5 year wedding anniversary. When we arrived for check in, we were told our room was not ready but would be shortly. We waited for over an hour, which caused us to miss our dinner reservation. The manager, Malcolm, went ahead and upgraded our room for the night to the penthouse suite to compensate! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience I will never forget!! We can easily go back to the restaurant any time, but getting this hotel room was a dream. Thank you to the staff at The Joule!

We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect! Bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated the house keeping, they room was so welcoming to come back to every night, very clean and tidy and beds turned down. Loved the Byredo amenities. We got happy hour at CBD and Ray the bartender was so awesome, we were celebrating my son's bday and he made us delicious shots on the house. The sliders and fries were delicious. There is a coffee shop and the cutest little shop in the hotel. Valet was very responsive and so welcoming and helpful. Definitely will be returning.
