Not sure what the issue is. Isaac came out to help with a water freeze issue. Showed up in about 20 minutes from the time I called. Said the issue would be fixed with a $30 item from home depot (pipe warmer). Did as he said and water was back about an hour later. He did not charge me for coming out or to tell me how to resolve my issue. Not sure why everyone else has had a bad experience. I am a satisfied customer.
