We have used The Cleaning Authority for about 3-4 years now. We have always had good service and reliability. The cleaning crews vary, sometimes with 2-3 people, but I think this helps the company ensure reliability. I also love that they have a rotation to deep clean certain items & areas. They even vacuum the couch and recliners! Management has changed recently, but so far, Mr Zubair the owner/manager has maintained the quality of service and he is a very nice guy. The first team that was sent out was Team 6 - Ivon and Ana- and they left the house sparkling clean! Whatever they use on the chrome faucets really makes them shine! The Cleaning Authority is awesome. They arrived on time and provided excellent service. They keep you informed of any changes and they’re easy to get in touch with via text. I love the rotational cleaning services that keep my home clean at all times.
