Luis was professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with my Trane multi-stage system. He walked me through how multi-stage systems work differently than single stage and what to expect going forward. Very helpful!
The overall experience was great. Full transparency, there was a matter of confusion over pricing and equipment, but management did an excellent job to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The inspector and the installation crew were outstanding. The inspector was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to get the best results from my new system. The equipment was installed in a timely manner and the area was left spotless. Although the Lennox HVAC system is pricey, the overall experience was well worth it. Thanks Chill Brothers.
Keaston stopped by our home, and although our system was new. He gave us some very good information about the phasing out of the other Freon. Recommend working with these lovely people!!
