Came into The Adolphus for a haircut with Ethan, and wow did he turn my scruffy hair into a masterpiece. I’ve been searching for someone classically trained who truly understands the style I want, and Ethan delivered perfectly. From our conversation about travels to his passion for the history of this hotel, he absolutely knocked it out of the park. Ten out of ten, I’ll be coming back every time.

What an experience! High quality haircut with top shelf beverages to imbibe, all while sitting in ~100 year old barber chairs.
This is the type of shop you'd expect in such a nice hotel like The Adolphus. Will definitely stay here again and likely get another cut (and a bourbon).

Hours say opening at 9 AM I waited to get there right at open. Nobody showed up. I talked to the front desk. They told me to call them. I called them and it went to the spa voicemail. It says it opens at 10 AM. I’m sure the haircut would’ve been nice, but I wasted 20 minutes on this And you can’t have hours incorrect on Google hence why I’m leaving the review.
