We had a family wedding at the Adolphus. From the moment we arrived and were promptly greeted by Pedro until the minute we checked out the level of customer service was beyond anything we had ever experienced. The entire staff, especially Pedro were always available and professional.
First of all, EVERYTHING about this place screams PRIORITY. From the time we checked in until the time we left, they made us feel so welcome, seen, heard,and entertained. Grant was the absolute best at making sure all of our needs during the stay were met . Very efficient. Roy. The driver was the chef's kiss every ride. Pedro was so courteous and such a gentleman. If you have not been here, than you are doing yourself a great disservice.
Excellent stay, from the valet coordinating to take my luggage to the room right away to the personalized and friendly staff. I would give 6*. Spa fabulous. Massage from Travis and pedicure from Rosette. I'll come back for pedicures, no more Vietnamese nail places anymore. Good location, plenty of food options. Shout out to Uno Mas restaurant nearby and daisy around the corner. Daisy has mimosas, bloody Marys and Irish coffee options for breakfast/brunch . went two days for breakfast.
