I feel the $180/hr shop rate is ridiculous. They tell you there is a diagnostic fee when you call to make your appointment, but they tell you when you arrive it's $360 and it will not be applied to the cost of any work they wind up recommending.
Can't speak to the quality of their work. I pulled the RV out of their shop when I learned what their estimate.
It's a first class facility, but their pricing policies and non disclosure practices (until you are standing in front of them) are a bit too shady in my opinion.

Ok this is about our third of fourth visit. I have not had any issues with service provided. Even when we didn’t choose to get all the work performed,that was suggested. Jacob and the crew found us a way to get back on the road Quickly. I also like the fact that they work on all different types of APU’s.

Thank you Jacob and Fidel for a great experience and to all the team there at Texas truck AC if anyone out there needs a AC repair or replace while you’re on the road on your 18th wheeler or any comercial truck I recommend this shop they get you in and out the same day they have all the equipment and necessary tools to put you back on the road the same day that means you don’t have to wait two or three days at a traditional dealer waiting for them to get on it and also waiting for them to find the part plus you sit there not making any money But again here at Texas AC they fix you asap The fix it and they fixed right Thanks again guys God bless you all

Great people, very helpful and professional! Jacob was very helpful and honest throughout whole procedure with repairing our truck. Her service is top notch, driver lounge super clean. They also have parking for trailer and that’s big + Will come back for future needs

Had some one sideswipe me and take ou my drivers side mirror. not only did they have the replacement they got me in as soon as I arrived and out in uder 2 hours ThanksYou to AJ , Tracy and the mechanic 8=)
