We reached out to Sunshine recently to remodel our master bathroom, and had a fantastic experience. Both Tony and Hameed at Sunshine did an incredible job of guiding us with every step in the process, making sure that we got exactly what we had hoped for. The aesthetic coordination of the tiling, the trim, and the lighting gave the room a cohesive look that is open and modern. Their crew also painted our downstairs, and once again Tony and Hameed helped recommend some color options that we are very satisfied with. I would recommend them for remodeling, especially if you need guidance in regards to modern trends!
There had been a previous attempt to fix a crack using sealant, but it didn’t last long. When they examined it, they showed me that the surface hadn’t been properly cleaned before applying the sealant. Because of that, the material didn’t bond well and had already started peeling. That poor preparation was the main reason the leak came back again. It was a good reminder that proper process matters just as much as the materials used.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.
My insurance company made things difficult by dragging out the claim to nearly two months despite multiple follow-ups, but Tony at Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving forward.
