Absolutely fabulous! I have struggled with bad vision for about 3 years now. Finally got a script for some glasses and looked around for some glasses places in my area. Was not disappointed! They guided me through the whole process and once I picked out some frames, I was thinking they would be ready in a few weeks or so. NO, the very next day! Seriously the best experience with some grade A customer service! I will be a customer for life!!

Stopped by on a whim and did not leave disappointed. Came in for eyeglass adjustment. Scott (the owner) is great and did a great job of adjusting my eyeglasses for a better fit. Can tell he is very experienced at what he does and the business is underrated. I had been to a previous local 5 star eyeglass shop that did not know how to adjust my eyeglasses properly.

New to glasses wearing, and Suburban Optical was recommended to us as an optical shop with personal care and attention. The shop is beautiful and well lit (important when trying on glasses). Patty was very helpful and provided suggestions about which frames might look good. The selection was smaller than we had hoped, so we ended up going someplace else, but I would recommend the service here.
