Nicolette from OnQ responded to my maintenance request about a water leak about a hour after I put it in. Gary came the same day I reported a water leak, to fix it. He diagnosed the problem and came back the next day with the right replacement parts to fix it. . So the problem was resolved in less than 48 hours. Impressive. I appreciate the dedication. Rose
