I love this place! However at times I wonder why I am there. 10% dry cleaning isn’t clean or comes back with stains I didn’t have prior. The owner is so lovely and kind! But at times the service hours aren’t that clear and change randomly or the staff doesn’t show up in time to open. Overall it’s good for the price and but would find a new cleaner at some point.

Great service when available! They regularly don't open on time causing stressful delays to the work day. Trying to give them business. Sign says now open at 7:30 am instead of 7am and it's 8:20am and still no one here! I've watched a dozen others run into the same problem again today.

If you are looking for a quality dry cleaner, this is the place to go. This team brought back to life a blazer that another Dallas dry cleaner ruined. The previous cleaner put a high quality blazer through a washing machine altering the way the fabric lays. STEAM Cleaners were able to revive it enough to wear again. Thank you!
