SPENGA is a super fun workout with spin, strength training, and yoga all in one class! The instructors are great and the front desk ladies are always super friendly. You can go at your own pace, and it can be a great workout for beginners and athletes!

The BEST and most energizing and rewarding workout. I have been going to Spenga for over a year now, and I love the dark room loud music and time span of spin, strength, and yoga. Anyone can do anything for 20 minutes! It is one place I can shut down my mind and solely focus on what I am doing. You have personalized goals so you compete against yourself, while working out alongside great motivating people. The instructors are amazing (my regulars Krystal and Alyssa) incredibly encouraging and great music choices. I wouldn’t go back to at home workouts after I’ve experienced this. Everyone should give it a try!!!

SPENGA is greatness! The 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of yoga make it the most perfectly balanced workout I’ve ever done. Every session is upbeat, motivating, and leaves me feeling strong and refreshed. I can’t recommend it enough!

Spenga is a great workout class! With spin, strength, and yoga you never get bored like other workout classes. The instructors are all amazing and push you to grow. It is easy to stay consistent with my workouts with their amazing classes!

Great workouts that stay challenging and mix all you need (cardio, strength, stretch/yoga). The instructors care and thier work on routines and music is evident. All levels can join in and modify with judgement (no bootcamp yelling here!).
