Amazing! Came in and Miss.Charity Armstrong smile made me feel as if I was sent directly to her. It's so hard to find nice receptionist at places like this. They are so rude at times. My first time coming here and Miss. Charity Armstrong kindly helped me out and everything I asked she answered. Most people not acknowledge when they give great customer service but if they bad service they are reported. Well I want to acknowledge Miss. Charity for her smile and awesome customer service. She made me feel comfortable asking her questions. I was so overwhelmed walking into the Workforce but her spirit alone lifted my spirit. I can say this Workforce is and was worth 5 stars.
It was Actually my frist time going into the new facility Their was a guard at the door he opened the door for me and took my temperature . 2 Assistance at the front window when you walk in They were very Pleasant and Helpful Actually everyone Was.
Great front desk lady, but I'm disappointed with the help in the back . He was rude and helpless. Was giving me instructions from his desk. Then he left.. he is not a good element. I'm sorry I don't usually complain about the service but he is rude.
