New to the area and needed dog care. The crew that came out was very friendly and professional. They took care of my chihuahua's ingrown toenails and trimed my Puggle's nail too. Highly recommend. Will be using them again.

Don't make the Same mistake I did by signing up for a membership. Just like all the other wellness memberships outside of the vets I heard you can't even cancel. It's stupid honestly, you waste so much money only to have 3 visits per year? Which at the main website it says unlimited. Having a mobile vet come to the house is great especially if you have an anxious pet, but it's way more expensive then just going into your local vet.

I have called and spoken with people three times about cancelling my membership and have never been helped or called back or contacted again. Just got charged for another month after working on cancelling my membership for 2.5 weeks now. I just called and was once again told I would be contacted back. If someone actually ever returns my call so I can cancel my membership I will update this review but I'm close to calling my bank at this point. Starting to feel untrustworthy to me and I would not recommend getting a membership with them as it seems to be extremely hard to get out of. UPDATE: I got a call back, finally. Apparently the first two requests didnt go through... Updated the rating from my original one star. That being said, the actual single appointment I had with them 4.5 months ago was great, even though the pricing was a litttttle high and I found the Dr. to be somewhat condescending. Its what I come to expect from at home services though, its not going to be the same price as a clinic.

They said that the vet could do the vaccine for heartworm shot. but when vets arrived said no they don't. they gave my dogs shots without weighing them first? the cost ended up being 1,000.00 more than I counted on! two dogs with shots ended up costing me 1,600.00? no indication from setting up appointment that the cost would be so high!

They've come out twice, once in 2021 and again last year 2023. I like the convenience. It's a lot less stressful for me and the cat to have them seen at home. However, I don't feel like I get good value for the money. The first vet laughed when I told her about my cat's vomiting. He died a few months later. I also told her about the other cat's (I had two at the time) ear itching and she said, "Wait till it gets worse." She didn't even look at his ears. She didn't even give an exam. She just checked both cats' hearts with the stethoscopes. The cat that died had a heart murmur that she didn't even tell me about. I found that out among all the drama that ensued with his getting sick (and then dying) a few months later. Another lady was with her that just stood there and seemed very unfriendly. The other two ladies that came out in 2023 were nicer and more knowledgeable, but this time I only had the one cat left. He wasn't exhibiting anything except his ear itching (like last time). I'm not kidding, they said "Take him to a vet." Well, I thought they were vets. I also requested a nail clipping. The bill was about $400. I think I'll just make me and the cat suffer and pack him up and take him to a real vet for the same amount (or less?). I just wish there were more certified cat doctors in this area. It seems like there's no cat knowledge no matter where I go.

I use them quite a few times last year. Paid $100 for them to come to my door. They have now increased to $200 just to come to the house. Vet was afraid of the cat. They overfed it treats gave it diarrhea for 2 days. Told me to sedate the cat with a sedation that would last for 8 hours so they could come back for another $200 to trim the cat's nails. With my disability I did try to catch the cat after they threw a towel over it and it ran. While the couch will be sedated, they recommend keeping it in a place where it cannot climb for them to spend maybe 10 minutes for them to trim the cat's nails. After arriving, the vet informed me that she was not fond of cats because she was attacked by one. I wasted $200 for them to listen to her heart and lungs. I am definitely finding a new vet.

I called tonight because my dog was so dehydrated that she wouldnt drink, instead of giving me basic tips on how to get my dog to drink(like mixing wet food with a lot of water) she just told me to come in. thats basic knowledge, she definitely should have known, and yet she wanted me to come in so bad that my dog would get even more dehydrated and id be out 200 bucks. because thats how some people are in this world

The Vet and assistant that came out were very nice. My dog loved them. Once they were here they explained to us a monthly maintenance plan and I agreed with the explanation it could be cancelled at any time and it would save us money on our first income visit. Who wouldn't want this? It sounded It sounded too good to be true! I felt great, I found the perfect vet. The vets treated my shepherds allergies with a costly shot and were calling in a prescription. I had no complaint about the vets. My bill was $398, higher then the vet the corner but for my dogs comfort a small price to pay. The agency that is "the vets" is the issue, after a few days we wondered where the antibiotic prescription was. We called. We got a response that they've sent a request in to the team and we would hear back in the morning, Next day, Nothing, Next day, Nothing, Next day nothing, In the meanwhile we are calling and texting daily only to be told the same thing. Finally after 6-8 days, Our dog finally got his prescription. This was totally an unacceptable response time. My dog was made to suffer for days while we waited for the important message to make its way thru "The Vets" seemingly understaffed and broken organization. I am sure a large company like this uses Microsoft teams or slack so communications shouldn't have taken so long. Due to the unacceptable wait time, I called to cancel our membership and once again, I was told someone would get back to me. No one called, I just happened to see an email from them, Explaining to me they're charging me $198 to cancel????? After discussing it with the " Membership cancelation coordinator" She realized oh wait you used a coupon which should have been applied to the original visit so we can apply that and only bill you $99. I lost my cool and I was very upset. She did reminded me it is in a my signed contract. If I dont pay I will be sent to collections. I feel duped. My wife and I spent 2-3 hours trying to track down our dogs medication, That was time out of work and lives. did they offer to compensate us for our time? No. Only to wait days with no customer service follow up just more stringing us along. No one to talk to about our concern only to be left with the feeling of being ripped off worried that the allergy shot we spent $298 on was for nothing as the other part of his treatment was in limbo. A very frustrating feeling, Again the vet and the assistant that came out were great. The poor follow up and business practices from the agency that manages "THE VET"s are the only reason we cancelled and are writing a review. This is a great idea and poorly executed, I hope elderly clients that would benefit the most from a service like this are able to find and read the contract before signing it( its probably in your spam)Before they have the same issues. Disappointing for sure.

I saw this advertised and thought what a great convenience for pet owners. I have an older dog and wanted to try this service. I would not recommend this to anyone I know. The price is 3 times that amount of a local Veterinary. The Vet that was assigned to me never reviewed or compared the lab work from prior year and the lab work they charged. When I compared I saw no changed, and this Veterinary wanted to make changes that made no sense. Do your homework before contacting this service.
