Really great experience with this company. They did a free consultation next day on my entire house and were very honest in telling me the house had no issues and didn’t require any work. Not many companies will take 2+ hours for a labor-type consultation and not find something just to get paid. I even offered to pay them for their time, feeling they saved me money, and they refused. Will be using them from now on!
For starters Luis is very Professional as well as extremely knowledgeable. He is also very personable and very easy to talk to. Makes it easy when you questions. He checked inside outside perimeter of the house - explained his process, what he looks for. He did all the measurements and not like the other 2 companies who came out and said we need to have work done immediately. Luis was honest explained what he thought the house may do in the future from what he could see - developed the report for us but at this time it is nothing we have to do today. We used SOS Foundation repair here in Keller. They did great work and their price was fair. They even gave us one free pier mid-project that wasn't part of the estimate. We had 10+ quotes. They weren't the cheapest, but in the middle. We had 40+ piers put in...it was nuts. Our POC was Luis, and he just came out for our 6 month post-fix measurements and all seems well. I definitely recommend them if you need foundation repair. No matter whom you chose, it will cost ALOT.
