Website wouldn’t load so I’m leaving a review instead of contacting them. I was sitting at a traffic light when I saw one of their trucks turn left. They didn’t look for pedestrians first and almost hit a man! He managed to dodge at the last second. The truck didn’t even slow down. February 20, 7pm, Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dallas.

We used this laundry service through double tree by hilton in Dallas. Absolute scam and rip-off for a medium laundry wash we got charged 210 USD. We asked for an itemised check to see how they calculated this sum but were told that was not possible. Avoid like plague.

I worked for signature for 15 years,for me my years there where amazing,I never had any issues with management through my years there ,when my Heath started getting worse over the years they made sure that I didn’t over do it,they let me work part time,I was able to go to all my doctors appointments with no problems… Management/owners made sure I was good at all times,I retired 2 years ago because my health started declining,they give me a big party!!!!! And the also took care of me financially,for me signature is a wonderful place to work and if it wasn’t for my health I would still be there ..

I stayed at a hotel that uses this laudry service. Among the clothes I sent, there was a sport bra with two pads and a sport short with a string belt. They took them off and lost them. They found the pads (and one that wasn't mine, meaning another lady lost hers) but not the string. Shorts won't stay on my waist without a belt. Neither a solution nor a refund was provided, only that I should have removed them before laudry. Sweat gets on both complements during exercise, which means they need to be cleaned as well.
The reviews indicate that the service provided is not good and I am not the only one who had a bad experience. In the future, I will not use this laundry service anymore.

Prices should be illegal. They charged me $167 to wash 1 medium load of clothes. They attach some plastic piece to the each item and if you rip it off it rips a hole in your clothes. They lost a pair of my work slacks but still charged me for cleaning them. If a business provides a service that no one will ever go back that business won’t last long. Then when I called the number they answered phone Hello like a regular persons phone not a business that’s charging $250 for something that should’ve been like $80. If you had a similar experience let’s leave these reviews on the Hilton hotel to get something done about this. They charging caviar and champagne prices for hot dog and ramen noodle soup service.My pants I had dry cleaned, the quality was horrible. Y’all decided to do a separate crease 2 inches from the one that was already there and noticeably off center. Ruined my uniforms and charged outrageous prices. Y’all charged me $167 to launder a small load that I did myself for $2.50. My productive, enjoyable stay had nothing to do with your service.
