She explained everything, checked in with me during the process, and really knew how to minimize discomfort. A little while ago I noticed that I was dealing with a little blemish (big blemish) on the side of my face -- normally I don't have skin problems but a friend of mine noticed and recommended I book an appointment with Shea and Coco. I must say -- it truly was one of the best decisions I've made healthcare wise. Toni was very communicative -- she was clear about what I needed and what are recommended treatement plan was. The studio itself is very serene and relaxing and after all that she gave me samples of skin care products that she offered. A great experience and now my skin is glowing and garnering compliments everywhere I go.
