Hi, everyone! I have retired from this business for 3 years now. I am being bullied by a client from years ago that got upset because I would not address certain topics. I referred her to a counselor because it was not my place to speak on issues that was bought up. It was regarding family hating her for certain life choices. I did not feel comfortable commenting on situation that I had not been in. She continues to create fake accounts under Alana, Chloe, lil girl, and Hernandez when I have not had contact since 4 years ago. My first time ever coming to Shana was back in March and she has been nothing but welcoming, awesome, funny, and DOPE. Even when I talk to her about crazy topics she’s open to listening and even give great advise. Shana is not one to discriminate or be against who someone loves. If anything, she promotes love, happiness and plant base products! So stop playing with my girl name and go get your hair laid.

Shana has a way of making you feel alive, confident and gorgeous. I always leave feeling like a million dollars. She rocks out my natural hair causing others to think that I have chemicals in my hair (not), and she does not have you there all day, whatever time is listed by the service you're getting, is exactly the length of time you will be there, maybe even in less time.
