Best Pilates studio I’ve ever been to! The studio is so pretty and all the instructors are super friendly & very skilled! I’ve been coming here once a week for 4/5 months now and although I have definitely gotten stronger / better at certain exercises and can see visible Improvements I never feel like I’m wasting my money/time because there are always many variations offered to make things harder / easier if needed.

Session Pilates is consistently amazing! The atmosphere is always positive, every instructor brings their own energy and unique style and the community of women that it attracts are the best of the best. 10/10?

It was my first time at Session Pilates and I loved it! My instructor Salma was so good and really helpful throughout the class. The studio is so cute and everyone was super friendly. I’ll definitely be back 🤍
