The level of organization and communication has been exceptional from their availability, taking time to address concerns, the detailed receipts to the appointment confirmations with clear addresses and thorough pre- and post-treatment instructions. These thoughtful touches make such a difference and show how much they care about their clients' experience. I am really happy with the results I have had so far!
Ami and Mackenzie at The Saltbox Apothecary are truly everything. Every time I step into the office—which Ami herself owns and has filled with the most calming, tasteful, zen energy—I feel instantly relaxed and fabulous. It’s serene, it’s chic, and it’s exactly the kind of space you want to be cared for in.
What I appreciate most is Ami’s honesty. She tells you what you actually need, what you don’t, and what might be a little too much, always with kindness and your best interest front and center. Finding someone I can trust at this level feels rare, and I’m so grateful I found her.

The absolute BEST! I have been seeing Ami for almost 5 years and would trust her with my life! She is a true artist and master of her craft. Her whole team is wonderful and welcoming, not to mention their beautiful and relaxing office space. I always leave with incredibly natural and beautiful results that make me look and feel my best! If it ain’t Saltbox Apothecary, I don’t want it!
