This place is great! After paying more than $95. for a haircut I needed a more reasonable price. The place is In east Dallas, not in the oak lawn area which right there makes it more reasonable. I had a haircut with Heather and it was PERFECT! I have had the same cut for years and somehow she made it just a littles edgier. Which everyone noticed and loved. I highly recommend her and her husband Rik. They are talented great people!!!

Not sure what tha previous review was all about but Rik and Heather are amazing. I love the intimate settting they provide. Not like those other Salons. They both are amazing at what they do. I have been getting my hair cut from Heather for over 3 years now. I have sent over several other people who keep coming back also. My bestfriend used them for his family at his wedding and they all loved him. Come to their salon and I PROMISE you will be happy that you did. It does not get better than them.

My girlfriend's brother and one of our friends both highly recommended this place to me for getting my haircut, which I was in dire need of. I walked in without an appointment, and they are generally appointment-based, but I lucked out and Heather managed to fit me in right after she finished up with another customer. Rik offered me a drink, so I had a soda while I waited a bit, which was a nice touch. I had quite a bit of hair to get cut off, but Heather took me back, gave me a quick hair wash, and we began chopping off the 300 pounds of mountain man mess I had on top of my head. After we got a discernible shape out of it, another quick rinse, a hot towel and a scalp massage later, we got back to work, finished up the hair, and Heather helped me out with shaping my beard into something a bit more presentable. A quick trip back to the wash to get all the hair bits off (which is awesome, because most places just leave you with all the itchy hair bits until you shower and change shirts!) and we were done. I cannot tell you how many people have complimented my hair at work and in general, and that is great considering I am a guy with curly hair, and I can't tell you how many horrible chop jobs I've had. It looks great, and the 'chair conversation' was hilarious and entertaining. Heather has a great sense of humor and really puts you at ease, instead of the awkward silence or small talk I've encountered various other times. And you know what? It only cost me $30. I'll definitely be back.
