REOD was the third company that I had used to come and do a remodel on my home. The mistakes and the subpar work that the other two contractors did, left me in a state of frenzy. Mr. Fisher came in and promised that he and his company would give me the remodel that I desired. I ended up paying a little more than I had budgeted, however the work was well worth the money spent. Once the remodel was complete, my property value/Equity increased over $100,000 dollars. I am currently having REOD submit a proposal for my investment properties.
