Rave review here. John will crawl in attics for you, he’ll always respond to your texts within 30 minutes, and he will negotiate the best deal possible. We are first time home buyers and the whole process felt really overwhelming, John was our point person through the whole process. We never felt like we were missing anything important because John was on top of communicating with everyone from the lender to the title company to the seller. We bought a home that we love for a GREAT price and the process was as easy as it could be thanks to John.
John is a fantastic realtor and overall we are so happy we had him to help us in buying Our new home and selling the old home. He is very professional and always quick to respond. In addition, with his construction knowledge he was very helpful in our plans for renovating our new home. Would highly recommend John to others!
