Jorge was great to work with! He quickly identified the issue with our AC, clearly explained what needed to be fixed, and came back promptly to install the new part. He helped us with any questions we had and overall made the whole process easy!! Highly recommend!!
Our upstairs A/C unit stopped working overnight during July Fourth weekend. We contacted Quigley that morning and were able to get same-day service. Jorge Martinez was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repair efficiently, and got our system back up and running. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated the prompt service and excellent customer care.
I had a great experience today with Quigley. Jorge Martinez performed repairs on our A/C unit. He was professional and courteous. He covered his shoes each time before entering the house, was transparent with pricing before beginning the repairs, answered all my questions, and even showed me where the discharge lines were located outside my home. I’d highly recommend Jorge to my friends and family!
