Took Pure Yoga for about 6 weeks, it was a great experience! Their classes really helped my body get back into shape after several months postpartum. You will leave feeling amazing for 24-48 hours after taking class. Don't be scared to try it out!

This is my second time doing hot yoga at this studio with the same instructor and I can say that she is consistent. The pace is reasonable, but I feel like a more beginner-friendly class would be more my speed. I've done the 60-minute session both times and was told by regulars that the 90-minute class is a lot easier. I may try that out next to see if there's any truth to it. All in all: it's a good and clean space, the instructor (Monica) is friendly and they're located in a great area for brunch options for afterwards :)

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience attending the 84 Asanas Advanced Yoga Class at PureYoga, instructed by Jared McCann. As a new student to this class and to PureYoga in general, I had high hopes for a welcoming and informative experience, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. During the class, Jared's teaching style was not only uninformative but also unhelpful. He predominantly taught Bikram's practice (not Hatha as he mentioned) without providing sufficient context or guidance for those unfamiliar with it. As a result, I found myself stumbling a bit through the practice when it came to the part of the sequence where we had to "change" I was unfamiliar with the directions we were going. Letting me know ahead of time would've been helpful. I was deeply disappointed by Jared's judgmental demeanor throughout the class. Instead of holding space for me as a new student, he continuously targeted and singled me out, making subtle comments about my practice and personal belongings. This not only made me feel uncomfortable but also undermined my confidence and enjoyment of the class. Additionally, Jared's behavior during shavasana was particularly disruptive. Instead of allowing students to relax and fully immerse themselves in the restorative practice, he talked incessantly, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere and diminishing the benefits of this essential part of the yoga experience. I was dismayed by Jared's failure to showcase the true philosophy of yoga. His attitude came across as assuming and non-welcoming, creating an unwelcoming environment for new students like myself. Instead of embodying the principles of compassion, acceptance, and inclusivity, he fostered an atmosphere of judgment and exclusion. I urge PureYoga management to address these issues promptly to ensure that future students do not have to endure similar experiences. New students should feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged in their yoga journey, and it is imperative that instructors like Jared McCann uphold these values.

I am a Bikram beginner, though I have practiced yoga for 13 years. I moved from LA 3 years ago. This is first yoga community in Dallas to welcome me in. I have tried 13 different studios various yoga styles. I really like the morning teacher, Atina. Her support and encouragement are wonderful. She has a way of making you feel really good about making it to the matt. She is exactly what you need in the morning. Thank-you I feel like I was guided here and it's just the place I need to be.

I have practiced at PURE on and off for many years, first in Austin and now in Dallas. It's a great community of people. All of the instructors are wonderful and good at meeting you where you are, at any level of practice.
