Mr Martin was very professional and tried his best to make my family very comfortable as possible during our grieving process. Unfortunately it was impossible to make everyone happy. Not two people grieve alike and no matter what you do or say will matter because they're not thinking clearly at that time. Unfortunately, people in that state of mind need someone to lash out at in grief and guilt.
