Always clean, always friendly and always open 24/7 and I emphasize the 7. Just last week, when I was working closer to Fort Worth, I ubered over to the nearest PF and as we approached the gym the driver asked is it closed? And I said nah, we're not out in the Boondocks c'mon! But low and behold, Yep it was closed. So we immediately pivotted to the next nearest PF and say it ain't so, this next PF was closed as well! GASP,I know! Any other time of the month, I would have been so angry to have wasted that money on two Uber rides when I'm on such a tight budget. But what did catch my attention and hold it is this growing trend of PF Gyms reducing their hours from 24/7 to 24/5. Allow me to point out that this is exactly what 24 Hour Fitness began to do in the late 80s early 90s, not only not living up to their brand but not even living up to their name. Watch out, PF, I like you too much for this to become the reason for your demise. Now can anybody say #firstworldproblems #HNYResolutions #goforawalkinsteadofthegym

Ladies restroom has ongoing issues. One of the sink faucets can't EVER be shutoff completely. One of the toilets is ALWAYS out of order. Two of the machines have been out of order for over a week. The last two days the overhead fans were not working. It is IMPOSSIBLE to workout when there is little to no air moving. I FINALLY located an employee today, and he was completely unaware of the fans not being on. How is that possible? There are several members who come in and are VERY loud and rowdy, and instead of the staff reminding them about the rule of being considerate of the other members, the staff contribute to the noise level.

This works as cardio gym only. Limited free weights. Machine weights broken and not getting repaired. Men locker room is bio hazard.

Planet Fitness, Alpha Rd, women's locker room, always disgusting. Too bad this location is the only 24 hour location near me.

My fiancé and I were members of Texas Family Fitness but the company sold all of our memberships to this Planet Fitness with zero prior notice. I received NO emails, NO phone calls, NO mail about canceling the memership if I didn't want to be a member at PF. My fiancé canceled his membership and we thought it canceled mine but apparently mine was a separate account so I was charged the next month. I went in to cancel and also ask for a refund and was told to come back another day to talk to a manager about the refund. Bryan the assistant manager was the most unhelpful person and essentially said I'd have to dispute the charge with my bank. I asked for an email or phone number to call and place a complaint and he said no. I asked if he could give me any kind of corporate contact and he just shrugged his shoulders. HORRIBLE, SHAMEFUL BUSINESS. Shame on PF.

This is a trashy company. Stay away. Far away. They bought out TFF, closed the location, and refused to then let people cancel the membership even though their nearest gym is 10 minutes or more away.

I’ve been a member of planet fitness going back to 2015. I had my membership tied to a bank account account that had been closed, and I neglected to switch it over to my new account. For several months no one ever told me when I checked in. It finally got caught three months ago at which point of time I updated it with my new account information. They continue to bill my old account, and today was told that I owe several hundred dollars because they had not in fact updated my account. This represented unpaid membership as well as late fees which had accrued. I explained this to the system manager working, and he didn’t care. It seems silly to me that they would be willing to have someone who’s been a member for almost a decade cancel the membership because of their mistake.
