Store is well stocked, clean, and the animals are well cared for. Very strange inflexible adoption policies though. No showings outside of appointments. They give their kittens and cats "play time" during the day where they can roam and interact with each other
Paul is an wonderful manager.He is always there to help anyway he can . Please keep Paul at this location .I would like you to know that I use to run into negative situations which I recognized as racial .I was . encourage not to ever step foot in PetSmart again.But since ,(PAUL) has taken over this store .I feel more welcome and comfortable in the store.All of the employees look comfortable too . These employees that Paul has hired are helpful and knowledgeable about your pets needs.Paul is an valuable asset to this store on Greenville.I am looking forward to many happy times within this store amongst the clean and most inviting atmosphere thank you Paul for great customer service. And the change that you have made in the store for many pet parents for the better.and the entire store.
7/6/22 Many thanks to Cris and the grooming team at PetSmart on Greenville for the loving attention they gave to my senior furbaby today, and for keeping me updated on his progress during his visit. I took my Shih Tzu, Gizmo, in for his first full grooming at the Greenville Ave. PetSmart since the pandemic shutdown in 2020. During the shutdown/pandemic stretch, I started using a groomer that came to my house, but had to cancel that service for reasons unimportant here. Cris was the groomer who checked us in and handled Gizmo's grooming. Cris's initial check of Gizmo and consultation with me about what I wanted was thorough and helpful. While I was running errands with my other furbaby, I got a call from Cris about an issue with Gizmo and how he was resolving it--by changing to a bath and brush--since he was too worried he might hurt Gizmo if he continued trying to do the full trim. Gizmo has arthritis and other physical problems. I already knew he could be a huge problem, since he refuses to stand up during grooming. I agreed to the change. Later, Cris contacted me again and said his supervisor had come in to check on Gizmo, and that they together were able to fully groom Gizmo after all. I sincerely appreciate the way they handled Gizmo and kept in touch with me. He looks great, and clearly has no trauma from his visit today. Just exhausted--but he usually is! Haha! I've used this PetSmart for grooming our dogs for years, off and on. I've never had any problems with how they handled my furbabies, large (Great Pyrenees and Newfoundland) or small!
