I don’t usually shop here but just had to return dog food. The bag appeared sealed but when I got home and opened it there were literally maggots in the bag. Gross.
Tried calling but hung up on 3 different times and then just left on hold for over 5 minutes.
Finally just brought them the bag back and even the employees were grossed out.

The WORST Petsmart in the entire Dallas TX. Honestly this place deserves 0 stars! I've been to so many PetSmart's but this is easily the worst one. The first red flag, Was when my husband called to ask if they had the Arcadia UV Fixture for Bearded Dragons the manager or assistant manager who answered the phone her name is either Sydney or Cindy ( Short Hispanic Lady, has long black hair ) she literally told us she would check to see if they had any in stock and then hung up on us and when we called back twice she didn't answer. The bag of dog food ( purina pro plan senior beef flavor) that I bought here was full of bugs. They refunded my money but gross. I'll never buy dry dog food from them again.
