Were very annoying with their sales tactics and didn’t want to listen to what I was looking for. I don’t need a tour of all the most expensive 60-90$ for one session beds and also don’t need a ton of info on multiple session discounts when I specifically said I just need a quick, simple, one-time session.And trying to sell a bronzer lotion by claiming the beds will dry out your skin if you don’t use it but then say that it typically doesn’t go on your face and only goes on certain parts of your body anyways? Definitely contradictory.

John is a fantastic manager. He's been at this location, and many others over the years, and he IS SO knowledgeable. The newer girls obviously don't know EVERYTHING yet, but you can tell they are actively trying. There are a few reviews that I've seen left for this location that are not at all indicative of the service you'd receive there these days. Give it another shot if it's been a while since you visited! John is fantastic.

Much better than the Coit location, I used to love going there but it's really gone down hill. This is my new home, the girl with the septum ring was super helpful when my bed didn't work.Ok I changed my mind, it's 6:30 and the doors are locked? I thought you closed at 7? This is ridiculous.
