I have tanned here 6 or 7 times and the beds are great and it’s very clean. My issue is the staff. The ones I get during the day rarely if ever smile. They are professional but that is it. You will not get a warm or friendly greeting, or At least I never have. The shorter lady with dark hair who is there all the time I. The day seems like she is absolutely miserable and would rather not be there T all. And that just doesn’t work for me . I, at a minimum, expect a smile and a “How is your day going?” . I’m moving to glo for the staff who welcomed me with open arms the first time I walked in.

Kaylie went above and beyond for me at my recent visit to Palm Beach Tan on Lovers Lane. She mentioned that she was brand new, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Her kindness and willingness to help me really blew me away. I even gave her a hug because I appreciated her help so much. That is rare to find today!
Back Story: I’m currently in town visiting my in-laws for the month. I have a membership with Palm Beach Tan, but I always visit different Palm Beach Tan locations throughout the U.S. whenever we’re vacationing/traveling.

Great beds and clean facility! I would give this place 5 stars except for the scam they like to run to try to get more money out of you. They will tell you that your bed is occupied and it will be 20-25 minutes before it’s open and then try to get you to pay for an upgraded bed. I have passed on the upgrade several times and magically my bed is available in 5-6 minutes. What’s even more weird is nobody has left the salon in the meantime. This exact scenario has happened to me 5 times now. So as long as you are aware they are trying to get into your wallet, it’s a great place.
