I rent a suite here (@IchuEsthetics) and I love this Ovation location! The building is clean, management is amazing, encouraging and helpful, and it is not hard to find. Plenty of parking available and very secure after hours.

I'm on my second year as a tenant here and I plan to renew again. I even referred two other beauty pros to Ovation properties.The place is polished and stylish, and the laundry is free! Our salon manager (Lindi) is the best and she's always ready to help anytime an issue arises.

I’ll be biased since I have a barbershop in the building but it’s centrally located right off the DNT and minutes from 635… easy access for clients, building is always spotless and the staff and other entrepreneurs are quite friendly
