Gina at the Dallas location is super detail oriented and has excellent customer service. Super lovely person! Despite the excellent service and results, Novopelle has reasonable prices I have tied 3 other laser hair removal Med SPAs and Novopelle comes out on top for quality and value. I keep coming back to them to continue my laser removal procedures for other areas and touch ups.

The facility was clean and well. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless and I've already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth after just a few sessions.
