Phong and Vivian are so wonderful and kind. Love the vibe in here, it’s chill and relaxing. I love the nature videos they play and the soft relaxing music they play. Yesterday I had a manicure by Diane and pedicure by Melissa. Melissa provided excellence service for my pedicure. My manicure by Diane was not that great. My Fingernails were left somewhat jagged on my right hand. I asked Melissa to smooth them. A man that worked there overheard and came over to Assist. After I got home, I noticed the manicure was not that great. The polish is not put on evenly and my nails were not cleaned up well leaving polish overlapping on my skin and Cuticles. I highly recommend Melissa, but I don’t recommend Diane. See photos.
Their customer service and work is AMAZING! I went with my boyfriend, and they even had the World Cup match playing on the TV. They let us stay after our pedicures were finished so we could keep watching the game. Mrs. Vivian is so welcoming and incredibly sweet. Honestly, this is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to. I’ll definitely be coming back!
