I’ve been going to nail’s 96 since I was 13 years old , I’m 20 now and honestly will never go anywhere else and if I do I hate it. I’m not a nail person , I go for my feet and eyebrows Holly does both every time I come in! She always makes sure my feet are the exact way I want them and never has done me wrong, my momma always goes to them gets her nails done by Vivian all the time I honestly be jealous because Vivian is super great at nails. Holly is my favorite person there , when COVID hit and they shut down longer than most nail salons I was so sad but very much happy they back up and running with good health rules! I asked for gel nails and apparently it comes with an acrylic overlay. They came out thick, uneven, my cuticles were coated in the stuff, and stuck all under breath my nails. There was no attempt to small talk. The woman was very rude and grabby. Pulling my hands when they were not where she wanted them. I don't see myself coming back again. My hard earned money and time went down the drain

I've been going to Nails 96 for 21 years now. I get the whole treatment from manicures pedicures to bodywaxing.....The service is great, affordable and every tech is good. I love Vivian, Holly and Kevin. I Will continue to travel 40 miles to pass other shops just to go to my 96 crew
