I have never in my life dealt with a company that goes so far out of their way to put clients need ahead of absolutely anything… including money! I just had a ac unit go out and my wife coming back from hospital first thing in morning and the tech Mark drove over 2 1/2 hrs to get to me at 9:00 at night and fixed the unit within 30 mins!!! I’m simply blown away by all the employees. Chad, Mark, Jessie, Case, Garrett, Gray…. Y’all have built one hell of a team and it shows every time I call y’all!!! Keep it up cause it works! Within hours of contacting Moss Mechanical on a Saturday, we had working a/c in the scorching heat of Texas summertime!
