UPDATE NOV. 2023: Downgraded to 3 stars. The customer service has gotten extremely poor and it is really hard to get a live person who knows my particular area of the country. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I've been using MosquitoNix for a little over a year now. Had a misting system installed in spring 2022, and I get regular monthly service on the system. The technician who came to do the regular service a few days ago, William Johnston, is one of the most professional and thorough technicians I've ever had from this company. Excellent customer service. I had some issue with my misting system and David came over to my place to check it out and he did an excellent job. He explained all the details about my system and fixed all the issue. He was very detailed and I am very happy with his service. David is the best!!!
