These guys just lost my business for good. And unfortunately, the providers are great, but the front end / office staff is horrendous, which is the going rate for many medical providers these days. The office manager at this location (believe her name was Bianca or something similar) told me "ok have a good day" and hung up in my face to my statement that they were about to lose my business for the poor service I was receiving. Trying to explain my question to someone over the phone who has no patience or care to listen and understand it was impossible. I've been going to mint for atleast 4yrs now . I've had my reservations about continuing care there for a couple of reason billing issues wait time but I really like my dentist. Today since I didn't confirm an appointment that I made , they chose to cancel it ?? What why well thanks I have been in hospital for surgery sorry I was unable to reach or accept your calls ! Now I have waited for this appointment due to tooth pain and my coverage ending this month , to be told it has been cancelled! Im not sure what I should do it may be that time to locate a different dentist ! Bringing sexy back by canceling your appointment ? Doesn't work for me.

My husband had his first appt here last week. He came back stating he wouldn't return. He said that this place was just about churning patients in and out and didn't explain much more. So I decided to keep my appt as a new patient and see. It was a general cleaning check up appt. My hygienist cleaned like 75% of my teeth, flossed my teeth with improper technique and called it a day. My dentist probed around, made comments about cavities and encouraged me to schedule for treatment. She neglected to comment about my gingivitis and never addressed my teeth sensitivity concern.
