Brian Miller was sent out by the warranty department. Milestone updated my appointment to an earlier time. I was not getting hot water out of the faucets even though a brand new heater had been installed a week earlier. Brian went straight to the heater and found the electrical switch had not been flipped. 45 minutes later, hot water. Easy fix. Thanks Brian.
Prompt, professional work! The HVAC tech Blair Huffman quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my unit. I signed up for the yearly program because of how thorough he was and how he answered all of my questions about my unit. I feel comfortable having this company maintain my home!
I had a fantastic experience with Will. He was very professional. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he also took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy for me to understand. His crew is coming back for the actual work to fix the issue so I am hoping the service will also be as efficient as Will was.
