Brian Miller was sent out by the warranty department. Milestone updated my appointment to an earlier time. I was not getting hot water out of the faucets even though a brand new heater had been installed a week earlier. Brian went straight to the heater and found the electrical switch had not been flipped. 45 minutes later, hot water. Easy fix. Thanks Brian.

I was very pleased with the technicians that came out. They informed and showed me areas of concern and advised me what a new unit would be. I have always.been pleased with Milestone. I had a new unit installed and was very pleased with the work. The installers were very professional and did a great job. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed with the work. On 2/14/24 I had milestone electric come out to check my brakes box. Grant was very knowledable and informed me about a lot of things zI did not know. He gave me some good advise. I have always been pleased with Milestone. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends. On 03/14/24 I had to replace my hot water heater along with some other problems. The technicians came out on the same day and replaced my hot water heater and corrected the issue with my shower. Always pleased with Milestone and their technicians.Grant came out today o5/16/24 to reinstall a smoke detector that had been left out from a previous job. Very pleased with his work and attitude.
