I would recommend this place to anyone! They were able to get me a same day appointment for a stray cat that had an injured paw. The tech, Bre, and the doctor, Bixby, were awesome and super diligent when it came to examining the cat. I did enjoy the fact they quoted me for the services before performing the services. Thank y'all so much for seeing us on short notice and the awesome service. I have decided to make an appointment soon to get the cat fully checked out as I hope to transition this cat into my house cat.
Great location for travel. All staff members were very informative with any and all information given to me and Dr. Spillers did a fantastic job with her examination! Overall a very pleasant experience.
Metro Paws was recommended to me by two people while my cat was ill. Within hours of the initial appointment she had to be euthanized, to no fault of the clinic, she was FeLV+. They were phenomenal. Everyone was so kind and so empathetic. Dr. Bixby was particularly helpful. Take it with no grain of salt, you have to be a damn good vet to get a good review after an unexpected death.
