The gift card was bought at Massage Envy Firewheel and they said my massage would be covered but this location did not honor it. A little frustrating - I also felt pressured/uncomfortable when they asked me why I didn't want to join their membership program.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the services were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the massage and facial, which left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a pampering and rejuvenating experience. Five stars all around!
