Work with Larry on structural integration. Really helped reduce on-going back pain and I have seen a significant reduction/elimination in hip pain when I run. SI is really great at loosening muscles but can be painful. For me, it has been great. Thanks Larry!
GO WITH LARRY!!!!! I’m a mom of 2 toddlers and my upper back and neck were sooooo tight especially after a car accident 3 years ago. not only did Larry address those areas but he found areas on my legs, hips and lower back and arms I didn’t even know were tender! He uses structural integration and he completely mobilized the super tight areas all over! He literally gave me mobility back in my neck! He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains every single thing he’s doing so you get a deeper understanding of what’s going on with your muscles! Highly recommend this location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Larry is phenomenal. The first time I had him I Had your typical massage. He recommended structural integration the next time around. I took the advice,, and I am glad I did. If you have been hurting for a long time, I highly recommend coming to see him and asking for structural integration
