Susan is the best! I love going once a month to see her. I started going to her over a year ago when I was 10 weeks pregnant for monthly massages and started getting massages again 6 weeks post partum. She always has adjusted based on what my body is going through and needs.

Most massage therapist at this location have been there 10+ years so if I can't get in with my usual I have 3 others that are just as great. Haven't had any issues. Easy to schedule online. The manager is easy to talk to and will hear you out if you have any concerns.

Great front desk staff and exceptional customer service here. The place is very clean and welcoming also. Not to mention, all the massage therapists as well as management have been pleasant during each interaction we've had. Plus membership prices can't be beat! I definitely recommend 10/10
