The therapists at Mass Massage are all licensed and very competent at what they do . The physical place is very clean and warm….Ella , the store manager , is in 30’s and very pretty and funny….If you want a good massage and pleasant experience, give them a try. I certainly will.

Good message except that they handled pretty hardly on the backside of my neck. Also, they had some confusion about my online pre-payment. I had to wait 10 mins for them to call their manager and get the clarification about the payment.I would recommend this place to others, but I would like to try other places before returning here.

First of allhe massage itself was okay but the lady that took me back from the desk simply left me in the room and walked out. Didn't tell me to take my clothes off or whether to start face up or down or anything. It's a good thing I've done these many times before. Then she kept talking to the other lady through the door during my service and even left the room WITH OILY HANDS to chat with her and then came back in and put her hands back on me. Then she straight up WALKED OUT and a man came in and took over. How incredibly weird and unprofessional. I had to keep reminding her to be gentler and that I was really sore.
