This is the best kickboxing gym in Dallas! Classes are tough but fun and there are great challenges throughout the year that keep us engaged. There is an amazing community of members cheering each other on and great activities outside the gym as well. I lost 40 lbs in my first year that I have kept off with Mafia classes. Come try a class!
I joined the mafia about 3 months ago and it has absolutely changed my life! I was already on a weight loss journey when I joined, but I had totally lost my love for working out. This gym gave that back to me! I have lost 20 lbs since joining which is great - but I am in love with exercising and moving my body again! I’ve also become part of a pretty great fit fam :) Everyone is SO welcoming and Coach Key is the best hype man. He will be there to support you and challenge you every step of the way.
